There are many symptoms of depression, though you may have several of the following symptoms, others may have just a few. Not everyone experience with depression is the same and the levels may vary as well.

Sadness, anxiety, or feeling lost
Decreased energy, fatigue, feeling run down
Restlessness, loss of sleep, oversleeping, waking up all the time
Thoughts of death or suicide
Hard time concentrating, remembering or making decisions
Feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, low self worth, guilt, loneliness
Excessive crying or irritability
Loss of appetite or overeating, weight loss or gain
Physical problems that do not go away with treatment
